Static electricity
Wool garments can become static if they are too dry. It is therefore important that the factory and warehouse they are kept at have the right humidity. Usually this is not problem, but once in a while we have customers that experience electric garments. Luckily, this is very easy to get rid of; just give your garment some moisture. Hang your garment outside for a night, hang it up in the bathroom when you shower or spray it lightly with water.
The ideal temperature for wool is 25 degrees Celcius and 60% humidity.
